法国能源巨头道达尔表示，明年之后，非欧佩克+的石油产量增长将非常有限，而全球石油消费量将持续攀升至本世纪末。

　　道达尔在一份宣布削减数十亿美元开支的战略更新报告中指出，由于较低的油价抑制了投资，全球闲置产能预计将从2027年开始萎缩。它预测非欧佩克+的供应将在2028年至2030年间下降，而全球需求却会上升。

　　道达尔表示，这表明欧佩克正在“重新获得对市场的控制权”。欧佩克今年一直在快速重启闲置产量，以求超过竞争对手。
