智通财经APP讯，高视医疗(02407)公布，公司附属公司上海高视明望医疗器械有限公司于近日正式与Schwind eye-tech-solutions GmbH(德国Schwind 公司)续签独家代理协议，继续负责中国市场(含中国大陆地区、中国香港特别行政区及中国澳门特别行政区)的销售、推广及相关服务工作。德国Schwind公司作为公司最重要的供应商合作伙伴之一，自2009年首次合作以来双方稳定合作已逾16年。本次独家代理协议的续签，进一步彰显双方长期稳定的战略互信关系，对于巩固集团在中国屈光手术设备市场的竞争优势具有重要意义。
