智通财经APP讯，亦辰集团(08365)公布，于2025年9月29日，该公司拟向Esperanza Fintech Holdings Limited收购Esperanza Fintech (Commodities) Limited已发行股本的2%，代价1200万港元，将于完成时透过向卖方发行换股价为每股换股股份1.5港元的可换股债券而悉数偿付。
据悉，目标公司(卖方的全资附属公司)发行数字化黄金支持工具，持有人可向目标公司以 100,000份数字化证书赎回属于目标公司并存放于由布林克(香港)有限公司管理的香港金库内的一公斤999.9实物金条，并透过其平台促进交易。
公告称，此项股权投资旨在支持集团持续拓展数字资产领域新收益来源的策略，与现有金融服务业务形成互补。
