集团的主要业务为在香港及中国通过以“AEON STYLE ”、“AEON”及“AEON SUPERMARKET”的商店名称命名的连锁店，经营零售业务。基于其零售业务的性质，集团须不时订立租赁协议以租赁零售店。每间零售店，特别是与该处所类似的大型商店，均有助于并维持集团的经营规模，进而有利于集团降低总体经营成本，加强集团与其商业伙伴的商讨能力、扩大商店网络及市场份额。
