文件显示，约47%持有2027年到期11.5亿美元可转债的债权人已同意将其置换为2.03亿美元新债及3.26亿股普通股。若所有债权人参与并转股，他们将持有公司88%股权。新债为“实物支付”债务，允许公司以新债支付利息，年利率9.5%。
Beyond Meat正面临美国市场需求疲软、高食品价格及健康认知变化等挑战。分析师预计，公司在2026年中前仍难实现持续盈利。
