智通财经APP讯，东方证券(03958)发布公告，该公司作为担保人于2025年9月29日签署《担保契据》，为境外间接全资子公司Orient ZhiSheng Limited发行3亿美元三年期浮动利息的美元债券(以下简称“本次债券”)项下的全部偿付义务提供无条件且不可撤销的保证担保(以下简称“本次担保”)。
由于Orient ZhiSheng Limited为公司全资子公司，本次担保不涉及其他股东方提供担保。本次担保亦不涉及反担保。本次担保实施后，公司为Orient ZhiSheng Limited提供担保余额为6.46亿美元(含本次担保);授权期限内公司及子公司为资产负债率超过70%的全资子公司的担保剩余可用额度为人民币60.09亿元。
