智通财经APP讯，飞道旅游科技(08069)发布公告，于2025年9月30日，集团与正天(正天投资有限公司)订立物业租赁协议，借以于香港租赁办公物业供集团营运(该等租赁)，租期自2025年10月1日起至2027年3月31日。根据各份物业租赁协议，于租期内任何时间，任何一方均可透过向对方发出不少于30日的事先书面通知终止该协议，而租户无权续订租赁协议。
物业为香港九龙尖沙咀广东道28号力宝太阳广场7楼706-708室。
该等租赁项下该等物业已由集团自2016年起占用作其办公室。经考虑邻近地点的同类办公室租金以及倘集团迁出该等租赁项下该等物业可能产生的搬迁成本，董事(包括独立非执行董事)认为适合继续使用该等租赁项下该等物业作为公司总部及办公室，以于其日常及一般业务过程中维持集团稳定营运，亦符合公司及其股东整体的利益。
