智通财经APP获悉，9月30日，中国证监会发布关于百望股份有限公司境内未上市股份“全流通”备案通知书。根据备案通知书，百望股份(06657)52名股东拟将所持合计135,064,706股境内未上市股份转为境外上市股份，并在香港联合交易所上市流通。公司自本备案通知书出具之日起12个月内未完成股份转换，拟继续推进的，应当更新备案材料。
近日，百望股份发布截至2025年6月30日止六个月的中期业绩，收益3.48亿元(人民币，下同)，同比增加23.45%;毛利1.62亿元，同比增加46.84%;股东应占溢利371.7万元，上年同期股东应占亏损4.46亿元，同比扭亏为盈;每股基本盈利0.02元。
