智通财经APP讯，读书郎(02385)发布公告，于2025年9月23日至2025年9月26日期间，公司董事会主席兼控股股东之一的秦曙光先生动用其个人资金在公开市场按平均价约每股6.47港元，购买合共17.64万股公司股份，总代价约114.18万港元。
紧随购买之后，秦先生被视作持有合共2.2亿股股份(包括透过秦先生全资拥有的公司持有的9897.97万股股份，及作为与陈智勇先生(公司非执行董事兼控股股东之一)一致行动的人士而与其共同持有的1.20亿股股份)，占本公告日期已发行股份总数约62.37%。
秦先生表示，此次增持股份反映他对公司价值及前景的信心，亦显示他对公司的业务前景及市场潜力充满信心。
