智通财经APP讯，大象控股集团(08635)发布公告，于2025年9月30日，本公司的间接全资附属公司广东天天送(作为承租人)与出租人(作为出租人)订立租赁协议，内容有关租赁物业，租期由2025年9月30日起至2028年9月29日止，为期三年。
据悉，该物业位于中国广东省深圳市前海深港合作区梦海大道与滨海大道交汇处华海金融创新中心 A 栋 38 层 1 单元。
广东天天送订立租赁协议，租赁物业作为其办公室，以支持其及大金象营运。广东天天送根据租赁协议应付的租金及其他费用将由所得款项净额及本集团内部资源拨付。
