智通财经APP讯，世纪建业(00079)发布公告，于2025年9月30日，总部(公司的非全资附属公司)(作为租户)与陆海通(一名独立第三方)(作为业主)订立租赁协议，内容有关租赁物业，租期自2025年10月1日起至2028年9月30日止(包括首尾两天)为期三年，以供集团于香港中环作发型设计业务之用。
该物业位于香港皇后大道中31号陆海通大厦2楼4号零售铺位。
本集团目前正租赁物业以“Headquarters”品牌经营发型设计及相关服务以及产品销售。现时租赁届满，而订立租赁协议将让集团于物业继续经营，并将节省搬迁所花费的装修成本。
