王艺明在《经济学动态》2025年第6期撰文指出，人文经济学以“人民至上”为根本价值取向，通过“两个结合”的方法论指引，构建了文化赋能经济发展的创新机制，形成了物质文明与精神文明协调发展的系统性理论框架。城市高质量发展作为中国式现代化的关键载体，其本质特征体现为经济繁荣、社会公平、生态友好与文化传承的有机统一。人文经济学通过四大核心机制推动城市发展转型：一是文化创新激活经济内生动力，二是人文价值塑造城市核心竞争力，三是利益协调构建社会和谐关系，四是分配优化促进共同富裕进程。这一理论体系既植根于中华优秀传统文化中的“和合共生”智慧与民本思想，又融合数字时代的技术创新优势，实现了文化资源的创造性转化与创新性发展。未来城市发展应着力构建“制度激励—技术赋能—全球传播”三位一体的实施路径，通过深化人文经济学理论创新与实践探索，为推进中国式现代化提供兼具理论深度与实践效度的解决方案。
