JFB Construction (JFB) said late Friday it secured a private placement agreement with American Ventures for up to $44 million in equity financing.

Shares soared 67%, with intraday trading volume at over 24 million compared with a daily average of about 176,000.

Comscore (SCOR) said Monday it signed a recapitalization transaction with its preferred stockholders -- Charter Communications, Liberty Broadband, and an affiliate of Cerberus Capital Management.

Shares of Comscore advanced 45% as intraday trading volume soared to over 2.62 million from a daily average of about 14,000.

US President Donald Trump advocated the potential benefits of cannabidiol in senior healthcare in a social media post. Trump had said last month his administration was looking to reclassify marijuana, which could also result in potentially easing criminal penalties around its use, according to Reuters.

Shares of Tilray Brands (TLRY) surged 46% as intraday trading volume soared to more than 251.9 million from a daily average of about 59.9 million.
