0038 GMT - Telkom Indonesia stands to benefit from its review of all businesses, UOB Kay Hian's Willinoy Sitorus says in a research report. The telecom conglomerate could seek outside investors, which may drive growth of its mobile business, or improve its dividend yield, the analyst says. The company is seeking to unlock underutilized assets, such as 170,000 kilometers of fiberoptic cables, which management hopes to spin off by year-end, the analyst notes. It's also likely to look for a partner to help manage its 33 data centers. The brokerage raises the stock's rating to buy from hold and the target price to IDR3,800.00 from IDR2,900.00. Shares last closed at IDR3,080.00. (ronnie.harui@wsj.com)
