智通财经APP获悉，五矿资源(01208)涨超5%，截至发稿，涨5.13%，报6.57港元，成交额7.5亿港元。
消息面上，五矿资源发布公告，于2025年9月29日，公司与经办人订立认购协议，据此，公司同意发行本金总额为5亿美元的债券(价值5亿美元于2030年到期的零息可换股债券)，而经办人个别且并非共同地同意认购并支付该等债券的款项，或促使认购人认购并支付该等债券的款项，具体须遵守认购协议所载的若干条件。
假设按初始转换价格每股股份8.40港元悉数转换债券，则债券将转换为约4.63亿股股份，相当于公司于本公告日期已发行总股本约3.81%，以及公司悉数转换债券后的经扩大已发行总股本约3.67%。待债券发行完成后，公司拟将发行债券所得款项净额用于集团的境外债务的再融资。
