消息面上，9月10日，B站策略竞技卡牌新游《三国百将牌》首曝。同时，官方宣布，游戏已开启预约，10月即将开启首轮“牌一把”公开测试。此外，《三国：谋定天下》于9月20日正式开启新赛季S10，七麦数据显示开服当日上升至iOS游戏畅销榜Top5。高盛此前指出，哔哩哔哩参与了该行的高盛亚太领袖论坛，就游戏产品线与发行时程方面，公司指《三国百将牌》为非对称策略休闲卡牌游戏，管理层预计将成为每日活跃用户(DAU)达百万级别的大作，2026年春节期间正式推出。
中信建投证券指出，据媒体报道，快手前副总裁、可灵AI事业部技术部原负责人张迪，已于近期加盟哔哩哔哩，出任技术条线负责人。2025投资者交流日公司强调AI对主站运营、广告变现的赋能。招商证券认为，公司2024年上线独家代理SLG游戏《三国：谋定天下》表现优秀，后续多款游戏产品储备有望持续贡献业绩增量，多行业广告份额提升明显，商业化潜力充足。
