BlockBeats 消息，9 月 29 日，港股上市公司 WebX International Holdings（8521.HK，智云国际）公告，子公司已与持牌虚拟资产金融服务集团 HashKey 达成战略合作并完成首笔比特币购入，正式转型为比特币储备上市公司（Bitcoin Accumulation Company，BAC）。
智云国际投资方之一的机构平台 ASL 创始人 Abraham Gomez 表示，为区别于传统比特币财库（DAT）公司，BAC 目标将比特币作为核心储备资产，并通过多渠道、多元化路径持续积累，以实现每股比特币（BTC/share）长期增长。
智云国际此前已获 Sopris Capital 及 Blockware CEO Mason Jappa 等华尔街与区块链核心资本战略投资。智云国际未来计划在算力服务、加密资产证券化及 Web3 金融等领域加大布局，目标打造香港乃至全球领先的比特币金融服务创新第一股。
