Aris Mining (ARMN) said Monday it closed the sale of its Juby Gold Project in Ontario, Canada, to McFarlane Lake Mining for $22 million.
The company received $13.2 million in cash and over 82 million McFarlane common shares, according to a statement.
Aris Mining shares rose 1.6% in recent trading.
