智通财经APP获悉，应用材料公司(AMAT.US)于周一盘前交易时段股价上涨1.8%。这家半导体设备企业当天披露，已与美国银行达成合作，新增一项20亿美元的信贷额度。
该公司在向美国证券交易委员会(SEC)提交的文件中指出，这项364天期信贷额度的利率计算方式分为两种，具体如下：
1. 选择对应计息期的定期担保隔夜融资利率(Term SOFR)，加上适用利差——利差区间为0.50%至1.00%，具体取决于应用材料公司的公开债务信用评级;
2. 取以下四项利率中的最高值：① 高于美国联邦基金有效利率(由纽约联储银行在其官网公布)0.50%的利率;② 贷款管理行(美国银行)公开公布的最优惠利率;③ 一个月计息期的定期担保隔夜融资利率(Term SOFR)加1.0%;④ 1.0%。
据悉，此次新增信贷额度所筹集的资金将用于一般企业运营用途。
