智通财经APP讯，兴业控股(00132)公布，于2025年9月30日，公司附属天诺投资与宏大民爆订立产权交易合同，天诺投资已同意向宏大民爆出售广东南虹民爆有限公司31%股权，代价为约人民币1.06亿元。
据悉，目标公司主要从事民用炸药制品的生产及销售。于出售事项前，目标公司的全部股权由天诺投资持有。
公告称，出售事项有助扩大目标公司的股权基础，并获得宏大民爆的支持以全面释放目标公司的民用炸药产能。具体而言，目标公司将借助宏大民爆于行业内的影响力及其包销目标公司产品的能力，从而扩展现有销售渠道。
出售事项亦有助优化公司的资产结构，提升整体盈利能力，而出售事项所得款项将用作补充公司的一般营运资金，符合公司之整体发展利益。
