智通财经APP获悉，芯片股再度走高，截至发稿，晶门半导体(02878)涨7.14%，报0.6港元；华虹半导体(01347)涨5.42%，报71.95港元；中芯国际(00981)涨2.67%，报74.9港元；上海复旦(01385)涨2.25%，报42.68港元。
消息面上，近期，摩尔线程科创板首发上市申请获通过，从申报受理到过会在今年科创板IPO新过会企业中用时最短。招股书显示，摩尔线程拟募集资金80亿元，用于摩尔线程新一代自主可控AI训推一体芯片研发项目、摩尔线程新一代自主可控图形芯片研发项目、摩尔线程新一代自主可控AISoC芯片研发项目、补充流动资金。此外，沐曦股份二轮问询核查近期通过。
银河证券表示，半导体设备板块近期表现强势，成为资金布局重点。一方面，AI数据中心推升存储器需求，直接拉动设备需求；另一方面，国产替代持续深化，带来增长空间。短期来看，头部存储厂商新项目启动及先进逻辑扩产，推动设备行业迎来新一轮增长，长期国产替代逻辑稳固。建议聚焦国产化率提升及技术突破环节。
