智通财经APP讯，冠军科技集团(00092)发布截至2025年6月30日止年度业绩，收益5731.1万港元，同比下降72.5%;公司拥有人应占亏损4422.6万港元，同比扩大256.1%;每股基本亏损5.03港仙。
年内亏损增加的综合原因是由于智慧城市解决方案及可再生能源业务的贡献有所减少;及有按公平值计入损益的金融资产公平值收益约1940万港元(2024年：公平值亏损为1950万港元)所致。本年度毛利率约由去年同期的5.5%上升至本年度的7.4%，主要是因为本年度智慧城市解决方案较低的利润率有所减少所致。
