格隆汇9月30日丨金奥国际(00009.HK)公告，截至2024年12月31日止年度，物业租金收入为总收益贡献收入减少至约45.5万港元(2023年：1760万港元)，乃由于根据法院命令于2024年初强制终止租赁所致。由于联排别墅区将于2024年中期前完工，故物业销售并无为总收益贡献收入(2023年：2116.5万港元)。
公司拥有人应占盈利为6.15亿港元，较2023年同期亏损14.22亿港元相比实现扭亏为盈。每股基本溢利╱(亏损)约为17.22港仙(2023年：(39.86)港仙)。董事局不建议就截至2024年12月31日止年度派付股息(2023年：无)。于2024年12月31日，现金及现金等值项目约为95,000港元(2023年12月31日：76,000港元)。
