智通财经APP讯，卡罗特(02549)发布公告，本公司董事会接获本公司控股股东Yili Investment HoldingsLtd(Yili Investment)通知，基于对本公司价值的认可和对本公司未来整体业务发展及增长潜力的信心，Yili Investment计划自本公告日期起计六个月内增持本公司股权，金额不低于2000万港元(股权增持计划)。于本公告日期，Yili Investment持有本公司合共4亿股股份，占本公司已发行股份(不包括库存股份)约72.62%。根据本公司可得资料及就董事所知及所信，倘股权增持计划实施，本公司仍将维持已发行股份的足够公众持股量。
本公司董事会认为，Yili Investment的股权增持计划显示控股股东对本集团前景的长期承诺及坚定信心。
