中国光大控股（00165）早盘股价上涨4.26%，现报12港元，成交额1.43亿港元。
中国光大控股宣布与光大银行及光大证券签订承销协议，计划发行总金额不超过200亿元人民币的多品种债务融资工具。此次关联交易旨在通过债务融资工具筹集资金，以支持公司业务发展和资本运作。光大银行和光大证券作为主承销商，将负责组织和协调此次发行工作。
值得注意的是，近期市场上有关上海微电子“借壳”传闻再度发酵。据光大控股公众号2016年5月发布的文章，其旗下光控青岛投资于2016年4月成功投资上海微电子装备有限公司，投资后光大控股占比11.98%。另据国泰海通证券研报，公司近年来投资典型案例中包括盛美半导体、上海微电子等。不过，该机构在研报中提示，以上公司为历史投资项目，部分项目可能已经退出。
