9月28日，市场监管总局党组书记、局长罗文带队在北京调研国庆中秋节前食品安全、特种设备安全及重要民生商品稳价保质等工作。
罗文一行前往石景山游乐园、石景山区有关超市和餐饮门店，实地考察大型游乐设备管理维护、应急保障、“一台一码”智慧监管情况，餐饮场所“互联网+明厨亮灶”和食品安全责任落实情况，以及粮油肉菜等重要民生商品、月饼糕点等节令商品稳价保质和明码标价等情况。
罗文强调，要针对国庆中秋假期人员出行量大、旅游消费需求旺盛等特点，充分研判风险隐患，严格落实食品安全“四个最严”要求，压实企业主体责任和属地管理责任，全面加强“三品一特”安全监管。要围绕“人防、物防、技防”做好特种设备检查维护，确保设备安全运行。要加强价格监测，加大巡查检查力度，维护良好市场秩序，确保人民群众度过一个欢乐祥和的节日。
