美国票务巨头Live Nation首席执行官Michael Rapino近日出席论坛时直言，演唱会门票价格长时间被低估。不过，曾与巨星Taylor Swift长期合作的音乐制作人Jack Antonoff斥Rapino言论病态，认为解决演唱会一票难求应首先对付黄牛炒卖，将高于票面价格转售门票列为违法，把控制权交由乐坛。另外，美国联邦贸易委员会(FTC)近期对Live Nation及其子公司Ticketmaster提起诉讼，指控其从事非法转售票务行为，默许黄牛非法购票以牟取暴利。此外，美国司法部亦已对Live Nation提起反垄断诉讼，要求进行分拆。
