Core Lithium Raises AU$4.3 Million Through Share Purchase Plan

Core Lithium (ASX:CXO) has secured around AU$4.3 million from its share purchase plan, issuing over 41.3 million new shares at AU$0.105 each, following a AU$50 million institutional placement earlier this month, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
The new shares, which will rank equally with existing shares, are scheduled to be issued on Monday and are expected to start trading on Tuesday, the filing said.
