Emdoor Information (SHE:001314) plans to acquire controlling interests in Guangzhou Langguo Electronic Technology and Shenzhen Chengwei Information through cash and share placement, according to a Shenzhen bourse disclosure on Monday.
The potential transaction is still in the planning stage, the filing said.
Trading in the Chinese computer manufacturer's shares is suspended for up to ten trading days.
