格隆汇9月29日｜渣打大中华及北亚区债务承销部主管张硕伦指出，今年点心债发行活动相当活跃，一方面因为发债成本低，同时亦受惠认受性持续提升，除内地政府部门外，海外机构都接力发行长年期点心债，进一步为市场建立具参考价值的债息曲线。他预期，未来一段时间会继续活跃，如果内地非银行机构全面启动经债券通南向通买债，将会成为下一个爆发点。未来点心债更可能成为长债发行主力，年度发行基础金额将因而提高。
