China Eastern Airlines (SHA:600115, HKG:0670) agreed to receive 1.28 billion yuan to transfer property to the Shanghai Pudong New Area Construction and Transportation Commission, according to a Saturday filing on the Shanghai bourse.
The Chinese airline company's Shanghai shares slipped less than 2% and Hong Kong shares rose over 1% during Monday's trade.
The local government will buy the factory and warehouses on No. 126 & 128 Feiao Road and the dock building on No. 100 Feiao Road.
