SenSen Networks Says Director Shares Issued Nearly 59,000 Shares Without Approval; Shares Fall 4%

SenSen Networks (ASX:SNS) said that due to an oversight, 58,881 shares, valued at AU$2,261, were issued to Managing Director Subhash Challa and former Executive Director David Smith in 2024 without shareholder approval, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
The shares will be sold on-market and the proceeds donated to a registered charity, the filing said.
Shares of the company fell past 4% in recent Monday trade.
