Daiwa House Logistics Trust (SGX:DHLU) will pay a distribution of 2.95% per year for the period from March 31, to Sept. 29, of around 44.4 million Japanese yen to its sponsor, Daiwa House Industry, according to a Monday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The distribution is in accordance with the terms and conditions of its 3.0 billion yen subordinated perpetual bonds.
