智通财经APP讯，五矿地产(00230)发布公告，盛世广业(公司的间接全资附属公司)与第五广场公司(中国五矿的非全资附属公司)于2025年9月29日订定租赁该物业及该等车位的租赁协议。租赁协议的目的为重续盛世广业(作为租户)与第五广场公司(作为业主)订立日期为2022年9月28日的租赁协议，该租赁协议将于2025年9月30日到期。根据租赁协议，盛世广业同意向第五广场公司租赁该物业(总楼面面积合计为882.97平方米)及该等车位。
该物业为中国北京市东城区朝阳门北大街3号五矿广场A座7层、 BM层及B1层各层的部分面积，总楼面面积合计为882.97平方米;该等车位位于五矿广场的七个停车位。
五矿建设北京自2013年起迁入位于五矿广场的该物业作为其办公室。五矿广场亦为中国五矿的职能部门及某些附属公司的总部。盛世广业作为公司的全资附属公司及中国五矿集团的成员，租赁五矿广场为其办公室可加强与中国五矿的往来及沟通。
