智通财经APP讯，友联国际教育租赁(01563)发布公告，于2025年9月29日(交易时段后)，出租人友联国际融资租赁(深圳)有限公司为公司的附属公司，拟与承租人龙口安泰物流有限公司订立融资租赁协议，据此出租人同意以代价人民币1700万元向承租人购买租赁资产;及出租人同意向承租人出租租赁资产，租期为36个月，租赁总额约为人民币1847.1万元，即租赁本金及租赁利息的总和。
租赁资产包括承租人的物流和品质控制设备，总帐面价值约为人民币1853万元。
融资租赁协议乃于出租人的日常及一般业务过程中订立，预期为集团带来稳定融资租赁收入及现金流量。董事认为，融资租赁协议及其项下拟进行的交易乃按一般商业条款公平合理地进行，并符合集团及股东的整体利益。
