0248 GMT - Wilmar International's 2025 dividend per share may be lowered by 44% due to cooking oil-related penalties recently imposed by Indonesia's Supreme Court, Maybank Research's Hussaini Saifee estimates. Moreover, the agribusiness group faces multiple probes in Indonesia for rice labelling, forestry permit issues related to its plantations and the potential scrutiny of biodiesel subsidy allocations, the analyst says in a report. Maybank Research cuts its rating on the stock to hold from buy and the target price to S$3.00 from S$3.65. Shares are 0.7% lower at S$2.83. (ronnie.harui@wsj.com)
