京东健康（06618/86618）发布公告，2025年9月29日与JD.com签订了补充推广活动服务框架协议，并修订现有推广活动服务框架协议及共享服务框架协议的年度上限。
此次修订的年度上限包括截至2025年12月31日止年度的推广活动服务年度上限设定为3亿元，现有共享服务框架协议的年度上限则由8亿元修订为11亿元。
公告还提到，由于现有协议将于2025年12月31日到期，京东健康与JD.com签订了2026年协议，续签期限为三年，自2026年1月1日起生效。公告中提到，2026年忠诚计划框架协议、2026年宣传服务框架协议、2026年支付合作框架协议、2026年共享服务框架协议及2026年推广活动服务框架协议的年度上限均需遵守申报、公告及年度审阅规定，部分交易将豁免独立股东批准规定。
