智通财经APP获悉，云智汇科技(01037)涨超17%，截至发稿，涨17.86%，报0.99港元，成交额1228.76万港元。

消息面上，9月22日，云智汇科技公告披露，其全资附属公司云智汇(深圳)科技有限公司已与优必选订立有关人形机器人业务潜在战略合作的谅解备忘录。根据备忘录，云智汇深圳将负责优必选人形机器人产品的全球销售、市场推广与售后服务，而优必选则专注于产品的研发、生产、技术支持和产品升级。这种分工模式形成了“研发生产+市场服务”的精准互补。优必选作为全球极少数具备人形机器人全栈式技术能力的公司，拥有全球第一的人形机器人有效专利数量，而云智汇科技是鸿海富士康科技集团的关联上市公司。

值得一提的是，优必选公众号今早披露，优必选智慧物流子公司UQI优奇与天奇自动化工程股份有限公司正式签订采购合同。天奇股份将采购总价3000万元的优必选工业人形机器人Walker S系列，该笔采购将于2025年12月31日前完成交付。加上本次订单，截止目前，优必选Walker系列人形机器人已获得近4.3亿元合同（含上半年已交付近5000万元人形机器人订单，不含全尺寸科研教育人形机器人天工行者的订单）。
