消息面上，据中证网报道，近日，张家口市风氢一体化源网荷储综合示范工程项目(一期)制氢部分EPC总承包启动招标。根据招标公告，项目位于张家口市张北县张北镇，建设规模包括1.6万Nm³/h制氢系统、0.8万Nm³氢储能系统以及40兆瓦氢燃料电池发电系统，该项目是河北省首个大规模风氢融合项目。项目由亿华通间接持股公司河北国创氢能科技有限公司牵头实施，旨在通过可再生能源离网制氢，降低绿氢生产成本，推动燃料电池汽车大规模应用。
报道指出，随着氢能产业进入快速发展期，燃料电池系统成本近年来已显著下降。在国家和地方政策奖励的支持下，燃料电池整车的购置成本已逐步接近市场化推广门槛。然而，氢气供应尤其是绿氢价格偏高仍是制约产业规模化发展的关键瓶颈。此次启动的示范项目，正是针对这一痛点展开探索。根据初步测算，项目达产后，绿电制氢成本有望降至18元/kg以内，将为燃料电池汽车的大规模推广应用提供有力支持，也为我国氢能产业构建了可持续、可复制的经济发展模式。
