智通财经APP获悉，香港联交所最新资料显示，9月26日，爱世纪集团(08507)股东将股票由艾德证券期货转入富途证券国际香港，转仓市值854.78万港元，占比7.63%。
爱世纪集团发布公告称，要约人三个苹果产业控股，收购已发行股本70%。紧接完成后，要约人及一致行动人士须按例就全部已发行股份提出强制性无条件现金要约。现金要约价每股0.125港元，较停牌前收市价0.184港元折让约32.07%。
