中泰期货（01461）发布公告，于2025年9月26日（交易时段后），公司及公司的全资附属公司中泰汇融资本（作为承租人）分别与齐鲁中泰物业（作为出租人）订立租赁协议一以及租赁协议二，期限均由2025年10月1日起至2026年9月30日止（包括首尾两日），租金分别为人民币1453.83万元及人民币424.84万元，共计人民币1878.67万元。
租赁协议一租赁物业地址为中国山东省济南市高新区舜华路街道经十路7000号汉峪金融商务中心五区3号楼17-19层，16层1611、1612室；租赁协议二租赁物业地址为中国山东省济南市高新区舜华路街道经十路7000号汉峪金融商务中心五区3号楼16层1601-03、1605-10、1615-20室。
近年来，公司业务迅速发展、规模壮大、人员扩张，证券大厦办公场所已不能满足公司业务发展需求，需尽快改善办公环境，提高效率，助力公司高质量发展。
