MA Credit Income Trust (ASX:MA1) completed its capital raise undertaken through an entitlement offer and shortfall offer, achieving its maximum potential raise of AU$190.5 million at AU$2 per new unit issued, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
About 95.3 million new units will be issued under the offer, including 26.6 million new units to existing eligible unitholders under the entitlement offer, and 68.7 million new units under the shortfall offer, the filing said.
Funds raised will be invested in accordance with the company's investment strategy and will be allocated to private credit investments across direct asset lending, asset-backed lending, and direct corporate lending, according to the filing.
