智通财经APP获悉，创梦天地(01119)早盘拉升逾6%，截至发稿，涨5.71%，报1.11港元，成交额547.74万港元。
消息面上，创梦天地发布公告，于2025年9月29日，公司及深圳创梦与资本化协议认购人(PLR Worldwide Sales Limited)订立资本化协议，据此，资本化协议认购人已有条件同意认购，而公司已有条件同意按每股认购股份1.098港元的发行价向资本化协议认购人配发及发行1.66亿股认购股份，以抵销深圳创梦对资本化协议认购人的特许权使用费。
于2025年9月29日，公司与各认购协议认购人订立认购协议，据此，各认购协议认购人已有条件同意认购，而公司已有条件同意按每股认购股份1.098港元的发行价向各认购协议认购人配发及发行合共6977.56万股认购股份。
认购事项的所得款项总额将约为7661万港元，其中估计所得款项净额约为7633万港元。公司拟将认购事项的所得款项净额用于游戏产品的运营推广支出及一般营运资金。
认购价为每股认购股份1.098港元，相较于9月29日收市价每股1.050港元溢价约4.57%。
