上善黄金近日宣布，已完成香港上善科技有限公司上善科技的设立，上善科技为公司全资拥有的附属公司，致力于黄金智能终端的全球化布局，致力拓展黄金相关业务。此外，金雅福集团已与上善科技签署商标许可协议。根据本协议约定，上善科技将以每年1港元代价从金雅福集团获得中华人民共和国大陆以外的所有国家及地区(含香港特别行政区、澳门特别行政区、台湾及其他海外地区)的知识产权许可。
