GRC (SGX:S3N) through its subsidiary, Chip Eng Seng Contractors (1988), was awarded a building works contract worth SG$328.4 million by the Singapore's Housing and Development Board, according to a Tuesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Shares of the company surged over 8% in Wednesday trading.
The contract includes the construction of five residential blocks, with construction period expected to last 45 months.
