智通财经APP讯，友联国际教育租赁(01563)发布公告，于2025年10月3日(交易时段后)，出租人(南山融资租赁(天津)有限公司)为公司的附属公司，拟与承租人(江西宏宇能源发展有限公司)订立融资租赁协议，据此，出租人同意以代价人民币5000万元向承租人购买租赁资产;及出租人同意向承租人出租租赁资产，租期为三年，租赁总额约为人民币5550.6万元，即租赁本金及租赁利息的总和。
租赁资产包括承租人核心的生产研发设备，位于中国江西省樟树市盐化工基地，总帐面价值约为人民币1亿元。
融资租赁协议乃于出租人的日常及一般业务过程中订立，预期为集团带来稳定融资租赁收入及现金流量。
