ChainCatcher 消息，纳斯达克上市公司 RYVYL 宣布与 Web3 数字媒体 SaaS 技术公司 RTB Digital（Roundtable）签署合并协议，后者将对合并后的公司注入价值超过 3000 万美元的比特币以强化资产负债表。据悉新公司 RYVYL 股份占比为 15.15%，RTB Digital 股东占比为 84.85%，新公司将以 “RTB Digital, Inc（Roundtable）”名称开展业务。
