1232 GMT - - Ferrari will probably deliver a promise of growth at its investor day next week, HSBC analysts write. The bank expects the management to lay out its plans to 2030. HSBC sees scope for volumes to grow further, personalization to increase and profitability to enjoy a significant bump from the F80 and 296 Speciale models. On top of mid-single-digit revenue growth, HSBC thinks recent efforts on digitalization and the ramp-up of production should help efficiency, pushing EBIT margins up to 32% in 2027. Overall, the bank sees an earnings compound annual growth rate of 11% out to 2030. HSBC upgrades the stock to buy from hold and raises its target price to 470 euros from 413 euros. Shares rise 2.6% to 424.90 euros. (dominic.chopping@wsj.com)
