智通财经APP讯，帝国科技集团(00776)发布公告，于2025年10月2日，公司拟配售最多7464.85万股，相当于经配发及发行配售股份扩大的公司已发行股本约16.67%。每股配售股份0.845港元的配售价，较10月2日收市价每股1.050港元折让约19.52%。
假设最多7464.85万股配售股份获悉数配售，估计所得款项总额及所得款项净额将分别为约6308万港元及约6235万港元。公司拟将配售事项所得款项净额用作以下用途：(1)所得款项净额约48.67%将用于直接及╱或间接投资于开发人工智能技术，以支援集团的现有业务。由于AI的地位越趋重要，集团预期提升AI能力可为集团在现有及未来线上游戏业务提供更佳定位，以及有关其加密货币业务的区块链技术及Web3.0的其他潜在努力;(2)所得款项净额约35.29%将用于潜在直接或间接投资于已识别的商业应用AI解决方案提供商，包括生物科技。(3)所得款项净额约16.04%将用于集团的一般营运资金及一般企业用途。
