1306 ET - Jack Henry didn't say how much it paid for Victor Technologies, but D.A. Davidson analysts peg the purchase price between $40 million and $50 million, calling the acquisition a "fairly small deal." The buyout is expected to further Jack Henry's position in the payments-as-a-service market, slated to grow at a compound annual rate of over 20% over the next four years, the analysts say.
